Accept the resignation of a Vocal "ad honorem".

VISTO the resignation presented by Dr. Jorge Alberto Taiana (M.I. No. 359.535) in charge of Vocal "ad honorem" of the BLANCOS CASCOS Mission in which he was appointed by Decree No. 849 of 5 December 1995 and,

CONSIDERING:

That it is appropriate to accept the resignation given its indeclinable character.

That this Decree is issued within the framework of the powers conferred by article 99, subparagraphs l and 7 of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1Accept the resignation of Dr. Jorge Alberto Taiana (M.I. No. 359.535) in charge of Vocal "ad honorem" of the BLANCOS CASCOS Mission, thanking him for the patriotic services provided during his performance.
