VISTO the resignation presented by the Interventor in the FEDERAL COMMITTEE OF RADIODIFUSION, Doctor Dna. Ana Lucia TEZON;

and,

CONSIDERING:

That there are no impediments to the acceptance of it.

It is appropriate to make the appointment of the staff member responsible for the Agency ' s intervention in the pursuit of its objectives.

That it is also necessary to authorize the intervention of the Agency to propose the modifications of its current organizational structure, which must have the prior conformity by the SECRETARIAT OF PRENSA AND DIFUSION of its current organizational structure.

the PRESIDENCE OF NATION and the subsequent approval of the competent jurisdiction.

That this measure is determined in the use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7, of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

DECRETA

Article 1Accept, from the date of the present, the resignation presented by the Interventor in the FEDERAL COMMITTEE OF RADIODIFUSION, Doctor Dna. Ana Lucia TEZON (D.N.I. No. 4.962.394).

Art. 2o-Designase Interventor at the FEDERAL COMMITTEE OF RADIODIFUSION, with rank and hierarchy of Assistant Secretary, to Doctor Dn. José Carmelo AIELLO (D.N.I. No. 11.704.879).

Art. 3o-Authorize the intervention of the above-mentioned Agency to propose the renodifications of the current organizational structure of the same and prior conformity by the SECRETARIAT OF PRENSATING AND DIFUSION of the PRESIDENCE DE LA NATION, please refer to the competent jurisdiction for approval.
