Designation of members in the Directory.

VISTO the provisions of Article 6 of Decree-Law No. 22,498 of 19 December 1956, ratified by Law No. 14,467, on the partial renewal of the members of the Board of the NATIONAL COMMISSION ON ATOMIC ENERGY, under the SECRETARY of Science and TECHNOLOGY of the MINISTERY OF CULTURE AND EDUCATION, and

CONSIDERING:

That it is necessary, in order to integrate the above-mentioned body in accordance with the provisions of that article, to proceed with the designation of THREE (3) members, with the qualities required in article 7 of the same legal body, in order to cover many other vacant posts for the performance of the period of law.

That the present measure is determined in the use of the emerging powers of article 99, paragraph 7 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION and article 6 of Decree-Law No. 22.498/56, ratified by Act No. 14.467.
