VISTO Issue No. 554-001729/97 of the Register of MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, Law No. 23.696 and Decrees No. 863 of 29 April 1993 and No. 253 of 21 February 1995 and

CONSIDERING:

That on 1 May 1995 the execution of the contract of the Concession of Public Work by Toll, for the Modernization, Expansion, Operation and Maintenance of the System of Signalization and Tasks of Redragado and Maintenance of the Troncal Sailing Route, comprising between the kilometer 584 of the RIO PARANA, outer section of access to the Port of SANMILTA FEGEN and the zone of natural deep water in the RIO5,

That the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND SERVICES PUBLICOS has expressed the need to renegotiate the precited contract in order to resolve issues arising from its execution that have resulted in repeated claims from the concessionaire-and to adapt it to circumstances that are relevant to its celebration.

In this regard, it is necessary to incorporate new geographical areas into the field of concession, to evaluate the work inherent in the deepening of the navigable way and also to perform works aimed at improving the safety of navigation.

That he has taken the intervention of the General Directorate of Political Affairs of the MINISTERY of ECONOMY and ARTWORKS and PUBLIC SERVICES.

That Article 5 of Decree No. 253 of 21 February 1995 empowers MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND SERVICES PUBLICS to make the necessary interpretations, clarifications and modifications to the concession contract in question.

That the present is given in the exercise of the powers conferred by Article 99, paragraph 1 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.
