Authorize the transfer of social quotas in the signature "Radiodifusion Las Flores Sociedad de Liability Limitada", license of "LRI229 Radio Las Flores",

VISTO file No. 1214/92 of the registration of the FEDERAL COMMITTEE OF RADIODIFUSION, and

CONSIDERING:

That in the above-mentioned proceedings he processed the order formulated by "RADIODIFUSION THE FLORES SOCIEDAD OF RESPONSIBILITY LIMITED", holder of the license of "LRI229 RADIO LAS FLORES" of the city of LAS FLORES, province of BUENOS AIRES, to authorize the entry to that society of the ladies Graciela Mabel DANTAS and Azucena Libertad.

That of the accompanying documentation arises that the partner Alberto Jorge ROCCO transferred the entire quotas he had in the licensee of reference in favor of the lords Claudio Alberto ABDALA and Cesar Abel DANTAS, who also make up the same.

That later, the lords Claudio Alberto ABDALA and Cesar Abel DANTAS, gave, in turn, the totality of the quotas acquired to Mr. Alberto Jorge ROCCO - together with the ladies themselves - to the ladies Graciela Mabel DANTAS and Azucena Libertad DORNEY.

That despite the fact that the members Claudio AIberto ABDALA and Cesar Abel DANTAS have transferred the totality of their acrecies in the licensee of marras, it is appropriate to give as authorised the assignment made in their favor by the partner Alberto Jorge ROCCO for the purpose of legitimizing their status as a assignor-in relation to the quotas transferred by the assignee named in last term-in favor of the persons who will enter the Broadcasting,

That of the glossed records there arises the conformity of the parties involved, in the operations mentioned in the previous considerations.

The admissions meet the personal conditions and requirements required by article 45 of Act No. 22,285.

That the temporary imitation required by article 46, paragraph 4 of the Broadcasting Act, so that transfers of shares or quotas of licensee companies of broadcasting services may be authorized - in respect of the course of CINCO (5) years since the initiation of regular emissions - is complied with, since the license of LRI229 RADIO LAS FLORES" was granted by 13 October 26th.

That the legal service of the FEDERAL COMMITTEE OF RADIODIFUSION has issued the corresponding opinion.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER has jurisdiction to issue the present act, in accordance with article 46 (f) of Act No. 22,285.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1Allow the transfer of all the social quotas in the firm "RADIODIFUSION LAS FLORES SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILITY LIMITED", holder of the license of "LRI229 RADIO LAS FLORES", of the City of LAS FLORES, province of BUENOS AIRES, of Mr. Alberto Jorge ROCCO, in favor of the members Claudio ABDAANTAS and Cesar Abel

Art. 2°-Authorize the income of the ladies Graciela Mabel DANTAS (M.l. No. 22.278.680) and Azucena Libertad DORNEY (M.l. No. 6.077.319), to the society quoted in the preceding article.
