Amend Decree No. 1367/96, which appointed Agricultural Councillor in Washington City.

I look at the record number 800-000733/97 of the log of the SECRETARIAT OF AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA, PESCA and ALIMENTATION of the MINISTERIO OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, and

CONSIDERING:

That Decree No. 1367 of 27 November 1996 appointed Agricultural Councillor in the city of Washington (UNITED DE AMERICA) to Agricultural Engineer D. José Domingo MOLINA, assigning him the rank of Minister Plenipotentiary of Second Class, for protocol purposes, while performing the position for which he is appointed.

That in the decree quoted in the first considering, it has been omitted to indicate the remuneration to be assigned to him for any concept, equivalent to that received in the destination mentioned, the official of the Foreign Service of the Nation who is in the category of the rank agreed to to the Agricultural Engineer D. José Domingo MOLINA.

That it is necessary to incorporate into Decree No. 1367/96 the provisions of the second paragraph.

That the General Directorate of Juridical Questions of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES has taken the intervention that belongs to it.

That this measure is determined in the use of the powers conferred by article 10 of Act No. 20,957, article 8 of Act No. 24,190 and article 99, paragraph 7 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-Incorporate as the second paragraph of Article 2 of Decree No. 1367 of 27 November 1996 on the designation of the Agricultural Counselor in the city of Washington (UNITED DE AMERICA), Agricultural Engineer D. José Domingo MOLINA the following: "Joseph to Agricultural Engineer D. José Domingo MOLINA (D.N.I.) No. 11.960.540) as a monthly remuneration for any concept, an amount equivalent to that received in the above-mentioned destination by the staff member of the Foreign Service who is at the proper level of the rank agreed in the first paragraph of this article."
