VISTO Decree No. 1656 of 7 September 1992 and

CONSIDERING:

That article 38 of Act No. 22,285, subparagraph (e), was incorporated by the Decree.

That among the resources with which the Official Broadcasting Service (SOR) provided for in the aforementioned article is resolved, subparagraph (e) included, by the end of CINCO (5) years, those from the procurement of direct advertising carried out, apart from the provisions of subparagraph (c).

That the foundations taken into account at that time still remain, since immediate results must be obtained in order to increase genuine resources to finance the removals of State agencies and

The amendment of the Broadcasting Act No. 22,285, which is regulated by Decree No. 286/81 and amended, provides for the increase in the resources of the said Ente, with the production of the publicity contracts it carries out, partially amending article 38 of the Marras Act.

It is essential to be able to have the resources from the hiring of advertising, without which the Official Broadcasting Service would be prevented from fulfilling the fact that the Broadcasting Act itself has set it.

That in the light of the delay in the enactment of a new Broadcasting Act, a measure is required to maintain the authorization granted by Decree No. 1656/92.

That the present is given in the use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 3 of the National Constitution.

Therefore,
