VISTO the displacement of Mr. MINISTER OF WORK and SOCIAL SECURITY, Dr. José Armando CARO FIGUEROA, to the City of Madrid (REINO DE ESPAÑA), from 19 to 23 September 1997 and

CONSIDERING:

That it is necessary to take the necessary precautions in order to ensure the normal fulfilment of the responsibilities of the Ministry while the holder is absent.

That the present is dictated in the use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Defy on an interim basis by the Ministry of Labour and Security SOCIAL, to the Susana Beatriz DECIBE, MINISTRA OF CULTURE AND EDUCATION.
