VISTO the displacement to be carried out by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship, Engineer D. Guido José Mario DI TELLA to the city of New York, the United States of AMERICA, between 18 and 30 September 1997 and

CONSIDERING:

That the present is determined by virtue of the powers granted by article 99, paragraph 7 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

Article 1As long as the absence of its holder lasts, the MINISTERIO OF EXTERNAL RELATIONS, INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO, the Minister of Defence, Dr. Jorge Manuel DOMINGUEZ, between 18 and 24, and the Minister of Labour and Social Security, Dr. José Armando CARO FIGUEROA, between 25 and 30 September 1997.
