Decree 1022/97

A Senior Army Officer to serve as a Military Attachment to the Argentine Embassy in the Republic of Bolivia is sent to a "permanent" commission.

VISTO is informed by the Chief of Staff of the Army, as proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

That by Decree No. 983 of 6 July 1995, he was appointed in "permanent" commission, beginning on 17 December 1995 and by the term of SETECIENTOS SESENTA (760) days, the Colonel of Engineers D. Eduardo Agustín ALTUNA (M.I. 5.886.337), to serve as Military Attachment to the Argentine Embassy in the BOLIVIA REPUBLIC.

That in order to replace the Colonel of Engineers D. Eduardo Agustín ALTUNA (M. I. 5.886.337), at the end of his commission, it is necessary to designate as a "permanent" commission, from 17 December 1997 and by the term of SETECIENTOS SESENTA (760) days, to the Colonel of Artillery D. Horacio Angel DANA (M.I. 5.220.250), Military to perform as the Argentine Embassy

That the designation of the Colonel of Artillery D. Horacio Angel DANA (M I. 5.220.250), is carried out in accordance with the Resolution of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs No. 426 dated 16 December 1996 and in order to complete the Annual Programme of Activities and Commissions abroad (PAACE - Year 1998).

That the proposed measure is determined by virtue of the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER by Article 10 of Law No. 20,957 of the Foreign Service of the Nation.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1Designase en Comisión "permanente", a partir del 17 de diciembre de 1997 y por el term de SETECIENTOS SESENTA (760) días, al Coronel de Artillería D. Horacio Angel DANA (M.I. 5.220.250), a fin de sergregado Militar a la Embajada Argentina en la REPUBLICA DE BOLIVIA.

Art. 2o -Transport costs (airway - back and forth), will be met by the General MAJOR STATE OF THE EXERCISE.

Art. 3o -The General MAJOR STATE OF THE EJERCITO (General Council of the Army), shall proceed to liquidate in the country the payment of the concepts of compensation for change of destination and the equivalent of the first quarter of the salaries and emoluments corresponding to the designated Senior Officer, with application of the percentage set out in Article 2417 of the Regulation of Title II (Military Personal in Activity) - Chapter IV (Haberes) of the Military Staff Law,

Art. 4o-The costs required by the commission of the designated Senior Officer shall be charged to the provisions of the General Budget of the National Administration for the Exercise of 1997 and to the provisions for that purpose for the years to come - Jurisdiction 4521 - General MAJOR STATE OF THE EXERCISE.

Art. 5o-The relevant passport will be granted by the NATIONAL DIRECTION OF CEREMONIAL.
