VISTO Resolution No. 1030 of 15 September 1997 of the registration of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, and

CONSIDERING:

That the Resolution accepts the resignation presented by Dr. Dña. Carola PESSINO is the post of Assistant Secretary of Public Investment and Social Expenditure of the SECRETARIAT OF ECONOMIC POLICY of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES.

It is necessary to appoint the staff member to fill the reference post.

That the present is in exercise of the emerging powers of Article 99, paragraph 7, of the National Constitution.

Therefore,
