VISTO is informed by the Army General Staff, as proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

On the occasion of h Restructuring the Army, they ceased in the provision of services under the conditions established by Article 62 of Law 19.101, dated 31 December 1,996, the following Chief Force Officers: Lieutenant Colonel (R) of Artillery D. Reynaldo Angel Antonio DE GIORGI, Lieutenant Colonel (R) Guillermo BRACO and Major (R) of Artillery D. Julio

To be found, as of December 31, 1,996, classifieds Out of Definitive Fruit in the Scale of the Force and to have been considered as Proposed To Produce Courages, by the Qualification Board of Officers - Year 1.996, it is necessary to cease the functions from that date, of the following Chief Officers: Lieutenant Colonel of Cavalry D. Miguel Angel PELEITAY PINTO and Lieutenant Colonel of Alberto

As a result of the above consideration, it is also necessary to cease as Deputy Speaker and Deputy Prosecutor of the PERMANENT WAR COUNCIL for the SUBALTERN SUBSTEM OF THE GOOD ASSISTANCE, to the aforementioned Chief Officials of the Army Force and to appoint the corresponding replacements, with the exception of the position of the Deputy Prosecutor, since the latter was appointed on an exceptional basis, at that time, by previsions.

According to Articles 23 and 52 of the Code of Military Justice, it is up to the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER, to dictate the measure in question.

Therefore,

RIGHT:

Article 1- By way of December 31, 1,996, in the Council of WAR PERMANENT FOR THE SUBALTERN PERSONAL OF THE EJERCITO "BUENOS AIRES", as VOCALES: to the Lieutenant Colonel (R - Art. 62) of Artillery D. Reynaldo Angel Antonio DI GIORGI (MI 4.050.076), appointed by Decree No. 471 dated 28 March 1,994: the Major (R-Art.62) of Artillery D. Julio Guillermo BIDONE (MI 4.112.074), appointed by Decree Nro. 1437 dated 11 December 1,996, and, as a Deputy Prosecutor to the Lieutenant Colonel (R-Art.62) of Communications D. Jorge Rafael MORACO (MI 4.008.458), appointed by Decree Nro. 1007 dated 27 June 1,994.

Art. 2°- In the end of January 1,997, in the Council of Military Wars, to complete the 15th period of the General Assembly, to complete the 15th period of the General Assembly.
