VISTO, file No. 115.413/97 of the registration of the Ministry of Justice, the presentation made by the JUEZ OF THE NATIONAL CAMARA OF APELATIONS OF THE WORK OF THE FEDERAL CAPITAL, SALA.I, Dr. Horacio Héctor of the FUENTE, and

CONSIDERING:

A position of JUEZ OF THE NATIONAL CAMARA OF APELATIONS OF THE WORK OF THE FEDERAL CHAPTER-SALA VI- is vacant.

That Dr. Horacio Héctor of the FUENTE, in due course, received Agreement of the Honorable Senate of the Nation to be appointed JUEZ OF THE NATIONAL CAMARA OF APELATIONS OF THE WORK OF CAPITAL FEDERAL, being appointed by the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER, to carry out such a position-SALA I-of the Court, by Decree No. 1776 of 12 October 1994, which currently serves.

That, according to the doctrine of the SUPREMA COURT OF NATION JUSTICE, the Agreement granted allows the designation or transfer of the person concerned in another position of equal hierarchy provided that he or she has consent (Fallos: 288:386 and 288:387).

That Dr. Horacio Héctor of the FUENTE; has given his consent to be transferred to the NATIONAL CAMARA OF APELATIONS OF THE WORK OF THE FEDERAL CHAPTER-SALA VI-.

That this measure is dictated in the use of the powers granted to the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER by article 99 (4) of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

Article 1Move from the NATIONAL CAMARA DE APELATIONS OF THE FEDERAL CAPITAL WORK, SALA I, to the NATIONAL CAMARA DE APELATIONS DELTRABAJO DE LA CAPITAL FEDERAL, SALA VI, to Dr. Horacio Héctor de la FUENTE (Mas. No. 6.715:256).
