VISTO Decree No. 660 of 24 June 1996, Decree No. 1410 of 3 December 1996 and Decree No. 1015 of 29 September 1997 and

CONSIDERING:

That under the restructuring of the rule cited in the final term in the Ministry of Internal Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, it is necessary to cover the posts of Assistant Secretaries for Security, Planning and Civil Protection and Technical Security Affairs under the Secretariat.

That the present act is given in the use of the powers attributed to article 99, paragraph 7 of the National Constitution.

Therefore,
