VISTO the ARGENTINO-URUGUAYO Convention of 30 December 1946 on the use of the Uruguay River rapids in the Salto Grande area, and

CONSIDERING:

That said Convention provides in its Article 2 that the High Parties agree to designate and maintain a MIXTA TECHNICAL COMMISSION composed of delegations from both countries.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is empowered to dispose of the matter in accordance with the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION
