Explain the payment of the import right and other taxes to products originating from the countries participating in the event "Argenplas 98 - VII International Exhibition of Plastics", to be held in the City of Buenos Aires.

VISTO Issue No. 061-005181/97 of the Register of MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, and

CONSIDERING:

That the ARGENTINA CAMARA OF INDUSTRIA PLASTICA requests the exemption from the payment of the import right and other taxes that tax the import for the consumption of the catalogues, printed brochures, advertising material, other forms of propaganda and elements of the construction and decoration of stands, originating and coming from the countries participating in the event "ARGENPLAS'98 - VII INTERNATIONAL EXPOSITION OF PLASTICOS", to be held at the Predio Ferial de PALERMO of the City of BUENRG.

That the realization of this sample will enhance the technological, commercial and cultural exchange of our country with the other participating countries.

That the General Directorate of Humanitarian Affairs of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND SERVICES PUBLICOS has taken the intervention that belongs to him.

That the present decree is issued in the use of the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER, by article 5 (s), of Law No. 20.545 incorporated by its similar No. 21.450 and maintained by article 4 of Law No. 22,792 with regard to the exemption of taxes that tax the import for consumption.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1Exempt the payment of the import duty, of the added value tax, of the internal taxes, of fees for harbour services, statistics and proof of destination, that tax the import for consumption of the catalogues, printed brochures, advertising material, other forms of propaganda and elements of construction and decoration of stands, originaries and from the countries participating in the event "ARGENPLAS'98 - VII EXPOSITION INTERNATIONAL PLAS
