NATIONAL REGULARITY OF THE GAS

Please inform the Honorable Congress of the Nation, the name of the applicant to be appointed as Vice President of the Board of the aforementioned Ente.

VISTO Issue No. 750-001884/97 of the Register of MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND PUBLIC SERVICES and Articles 54 and 55 of Law No. 24,076, and

CONSIDERING:

On 21 May 1997, the ex-SECRETARIAT OF ENERGY AND PUERTOS, under the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, by Resolution No. 242, called for an Open Call to integrate the Directory of the NATIONAL REGULAR ENTER OF THE GAS (ENARGAS), as Vice-President.

That Article 2 is the Pre-Trial Selection Commission, which has carried out the Postulants Selection Procedure, in compliance with Article 54 of the Rules of Law No. 24,076, adopted by Decree No. 1738 of 18 September 1992, evaluating technical and professional backgrounds in the matter.

That such criteria have been taken into account in defining the profile of the candidate for office to cover and in evaluating the curriculum history of the postulate professionals.

That the SECRETARIAT OF ENERGIA under the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND SERVICES PUBLICOS has verified that professionals who are pre-selected do not incur the incompatibility that for the position defines Article 56 of Law 24.076.

That personalized interviews were conducted to the postulants who gathered the best background determining a new preselection, in which it was evaluated: the general personality, the capacity of leadership of multidisciplinary professionals teams, the knowledge of the role of the NATIONAL GAS REGULER ENTER (ENARGAS), explained in Law No. 24,076, the capacity of teamwork, initiative and creativity.

It is appropriate to inform the Commission of the HONORABLE CONGRESS OF NATION, created by Article 55 of Law No. 24.076, the name of the applicant to be appointed as Vice-President of the Directory of the NATIONAL ENTE REGULADOR DEL GAS (ENARGAS).

That the General Directorate of Humanitarian Affairs of the MINISTERY of ECONOMY and ARTWS and PUBLIC SERVICES has taken action.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is entitled to the dictation of this act, pursuant to Article 54 of Law No. 24.076, and to the powers conferred by Article 99, paragraph 1 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Article 1Communicate to the HONORABLE CONGRESS of the NATION for the purpose that this transfer to the Commission created by Article 55 of Law No. 24.076, which will be appointed Vice-President of the Directory of the NATIONAL REGULADOR OF THE GAS (ENARGAS), Engineer José Andrés REPAR (D.N.I. No. 8.632.537).
