Article 1Transfer from the Embassy of the Republic to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade And CULTO, the official of the category "A" Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary D. Arturo Enrique OSSORIO ARANA, who must be in the Republic before 31 December 1997.

Art. 2o-The costs required to comply with this Decree shall be charged to the respective provisions of the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO.
