VISTO the displacement to be carried out by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship, Engineer D. Guido José Mario DI TELLA, to the city of London - UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRETANA AND NORTHERN IRELAND-, Isla Margarita -REPUBLICA DE VENEZUELA- and St. Paul-REPUBLICA FEDERATIVAL OF BRAZIL-, between 30 October and 11 November 1997

CONSIDERING:

That the present is determined by virtue of the powers granted by article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

Article 1As long as the absence of its holder lasts, the MINISTERIO OF EXTERNAL RELATIONS, INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO, the Minister of Culture and Education, Da. Susana Beatriz DECIBE, from 30 October to 5 November and the Minister of Labour and Social Security, Dr. José Armando CARO FIGUEROA from 6 to 11 November 1997.
