VISTO Resolution No. 65 of 21 October 1997 of the SECRETARIAT for Transport of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, and

CONSIDERING:

That the aforementioned Resolution accepts the resignation submitted by Dr. Don Alberto Francisco DIDIER to the post of Vice-President of the NATIONAL COMMISSION ON TRANSPORT REGULATION, a decentralized body that acts within the scope of the SUBSECRETARIA DE TRANSPORTE TERRESTRE of the SECRETARIAT OF TRANSPORTE of the MINISTERIO DE ECONOMIA AND PUBLIC SERVICES.

It is necessary to appoint the staff member to fill the reference post.

That the present measure is determined in the use of the powers conferred by Article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

Article 1Mr. Hugo Oscar RAMOS (D.N.I. No. 6.510.860) is the Vice-President of the NATIONAL COMMISSION ON TRANSPORT REGULATION OF THE SUBSECRETARIA DE TRANSPORTS OF THE SECRETARIAN TRANSPORT OF THE MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND PUBLIC SERVICES.
