VISTO Law No. 23,877, on the Promotion and Promotion of Innovation, Decree No. 1331 of 25 November 1996, Decree No. 1660 of 27 December 1996 and the trust contract signed between the SECRETARIAT on Science and Technology of the Ministry of Culture and Development and the BANCO of the ARGENTINA NATION dated 22 September 1996

CONSIDERING:

Article 24 of Annex I to Decree No. 1331/96 empowered the SECRETARIAT for Science and Technology of the Ministry of Culture And EDUCATION to constitute, with the resources of the Fund for the Promotion and Promotion of Innovation which establishes Law No. 23.877, a Trust Fund for Technological Development and to conclude the corresponding trust contract with an official financial entity.

That in the exercise of this faculty the SECRETARIAT OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY of the MINISTERY OF CULTURE And EDUCATION signed the relevant trust contract with the NATION BANCO.

That the proper administration of resources affecting the development of the mission and specific competence of the NATIONAL AUTHORITY OF CIENTIFICA AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROMOTION, created in the field of the SECRETARIAT of Technology and TECHNOLOGY of the MINISTERY of CULTURA and EDUCATION by Decree No. 1660/96, requires the provision of an instrument that ensures the maximum performance of

That the establishment of a Trust Fund with all resources affecting the NATIONAL AUTHORITY OF CIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROMOTION is an appropriate and appropriate means for this purpose.

That the terms of the trust contract signed by the SECRETARY for Science and Technology of the MINISTERY OF CULTURE AND EDUCATION and the BANCO OF ARGENTINA NATION dated 22 September 1997 allow the extension of the trust capital to understand all the resources that are affected by the NATIONAL AGENCE OF CIENTICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROMOTION.

That the General DIRECTION OF JURIDIC MATTERS of MINISTERY OF CULTURE And EDUCATION has taken the intervention that belongs to it.

That the present is given in the exercise of the emerging powers of article 99, paragraph 1) of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1Include to the SECRETARY for Science and Technology of the Ministry of Culture AND EDUCATION to provide for the extension of the trust capital of the Trust Fund for Technological Development referred to in article 24 of Annex I to Decree No. 1331 of 25 November 1996 to understand the totality of the resources specifically affected by the NATIONAL AUTHORITY OF CIENTIFICAL PROMOTION And TECHNOLOGICAL for the promotion of the science, technology and technological innovation of the productive sector of goods and services and to meet the erogations for its functioning and administration.
