The third International Composition Competition "Alberto Ginastera" will be held in the Kingdom of Spain.

VISTO Action No. 1633/97 of the registration of the NATIONAL RESIDENCE SECRETARIAT and

CONSIDERING:

That, through the above-mentioned action, the III International Composition Competition "Alberto GINASTERA" will be declared of national interest.

That the aforementioned contest will be held in the City of MADRID, SPAIN KINGDOM, between 26 and 31 October 1998.

That the contest, instituted for the memory of the prestigious Argentine composer, is aimed at the discovery and promotion of new values in the field of research and musical composition.

That the present measure is made in the use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 1 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION
