Recognise Bishop Coadjutor of the Diocese of Formosa.

VISTO the communication of the Apostolic Nunciature informing that His Holiness Pope John Paul II has appointed Bishop Coadjutor of the Diocese of Formosa to the most Reverend Bishop José Vicente CONEJERO GALLEGO, and

CONSIDERING:

According to Article 3 of the Agreement signed between the ARGENTINA REPUBLIC and the SANTA SEDE, approved by Law No. 17.032, the appointment of bishops is the competence of the SANTA SEDE.

That the procedures provided for by the specified rule have been completed previously, and the designee meets the requirements therein.

That for civil and administrative purposes, it is necessary to recognize the designation made.

Therefore,

Article 1Recognise the most Reverend Archbishop José Vicente CONEJERO GALLECO (D.N.I. No. 18.781.731) as Bishop Coadjutor of the Diocese of Formosa.
