VISTO Law No. 24,629, approving rules for the implementation of the Budget and Administrative Reorganization and Decree No. 660 of 24 June 1996, and its amendments, which established the new organizational chart for implementation in the field of NATIONAL PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, and

CONSIDERING:

That in the framework of the law mentioned in the Hittite, functions were redefined among the different State Departments, including the change in the performance or dependence of various agencies, such as the transfer of NAVAL ARGENTINA PREFECTTURE and the NATIONAL GENDAKMERIA to the scope of the NIINISTERY OF INTERIOR.

In view of the concordatory nature of the mission of the OBISPADO CASTRENSE to State agencies and its relationship with the President of the Argentine Nation in his capacity as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, the reinsertion of the CASTRENSE CURIA or CENTRAL OFFICE of the CASTRENSE OBISPADO, in the original area of the NATION PRESIDENCIA, is desirable.

That the UNITY OF REFORM AND MODERNIZATION OF THE STATE OF MINISTERS' GABINETE JEFATURA has taken the intervention that belongs to it, making a favourable expiation.

That the present measure is in exercise of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph I of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-Transfer to the scope of the NATION PRESIDENCE the CASTRENSE CURIA or CENTRAL OFFICE of the CASTRENSE OBISPADO.

Art. 2°-During the present period, the expenses that demand the operation of the CASTRENSE CURY or CENTRAL OFFICE of the CASTRENSE BODY will be met with the credits of the DEFENSA MINISTERY.
