Explain the payment of the import right and other taxes, to the products originating and coming from the countries participating in the "Ferocco National Cotton Feast '98".

VISTO Issue No. 061-006726/97 of the Register of the MINISTERY of ECONOMY AND PUBLIC SERVICES AND

CONSIDERING:

That the NATIONAL FIEST DEL ALGODON requests the exemption from the payment of the import right and other taxes that tax the import for the consumption of food, beverages, tobacco, cigarettes, handicrafts, brochures, catalogues, posters, other forms of propaganda and elements of construction and decoration of stands, originating and coming from the countries participating in the event "FESTA NACIONAL DEL ALGODON - FERICHACO ' 98", to be held in the City of PRESIDENCIA ROQUE SAENZ PEÑA, Province of CHACO (REPUBLICA ARGENTINA), from 7 to 17 May 1998.

That the realization of this sample will enhance the technological, commercial and cultural exchange of our country with the other participating countries.

That the General Directorate of Humanitarian Affairs of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY

And ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES has taken the intervention that belongs to him.

That the present decree is issued in the use of the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER, by article 5 (s), of Law No. 20.545 incorporated by its similar No. 21.450 and maintained by article 4 of Law No. 22,792 in what makes the exemption of taxes that tax the import for consumption.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-EXCHANGE of the payment of the import duty, of the added value tax, of internal taxes, of fees for harbour services, statistics and proof of destination, that tax the import for consumption of food, beverages, tobacco, cigarettes, handicrafts, brochures, catalogues, posters, other forms of propaganda and elements of construction and decoration of stands, originaries and from the countries participating in the event
