Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Venezuela.

VISTO is proposed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and CULTO, and

CONSIDERING:

That the Government of the VENEZUELA REPUBLIC granted Mr. Juan Carlos VIGLIONE the place of style for his appointment as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic in that country.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is empowered to dispose of the matter, in accordance with the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

That's why.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic to the VENEZUELA REPUBLIC, to Mr. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary D. Juan Carlos VIGLIONE (M. I. 7.977.988), beginning on 1 January 1998.

Art. 2°-Expenditures for compliance with this Decree shall be charged to the specific provisions of the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO.
