Designation of the staff member who will be held internly in the State Department.

VISTO AND CONSIDERING:

That Mr. Chief of Cabinet of Ministers, Engineer Jorge Alberto RODRIGUEZ will visit the United States of AMERICA on 15 November of the current year.

That Decree No. 498 of 22 September 1995 provides that the Chief of Staff of Ministers shall be held internly by the Minister of the Interior, who shall not be able to exercise the functions of his Portfolio.

That it is therefore necessary to appoint the staff member to be responsible for the MINISTERY OF INTERIOR.

That this measure is dictated in the use of the emerging powers of article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-Please advise Mr. Minister of Health and Social Action Dr. Alberto José MAZZA, to take over the office of the Ministry of the Interior, while the holder of the Ministry of Health and Social Action is carrying out the functions of the Chief of Staff of Ministers.
