Attempt for reasons of service and use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-Transfer from the Embassy of the Republic to the REPUBLIC OF INDIA to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Da. ELDA BEATRIZ SAMPIETRO, who is to be in the Republic before 31 January 1998.

Art. 2°-The costs required to comply with this Decree shall be charged to the respective provisions of the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO.
