VISTO that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO has emphasized the convenience of establishing a Consulate General in the city of Bogotá, REPUBLIC OF COLOMBIA, and

CONSIDERING:

That according to the information provided by the competent bodies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO are given the objective conditions that justify the operation of the Consular Office.

The consent of the receiving State has been obtained, as provided for in article 4 of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations adopted by Act No. 17.081.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is empowered to dictate this measure under article 99, paragraph 1 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-The Consulate General of the Republic in the city of Bogota, REPUBLIC OF COLOMBIA.

Art. 2°-INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO shall comply with the provisions of this Decree with the necessary administrative measures, determining the effective date of its compliance, as well as the respective reordering of the Consular Circumscriptions modified by this measure.

Art. 3°-Expenditures for compliance with the provisions of the preceding articles shall be met from the provisions of the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO.
