VISTO the displacement to be made by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship, Engineer D. Guido José Mario DI TELLA to the cities of Mexico-UNITED STATES MEXICANOS-, Rome-REPUBLICA ITALIANA- Ottawa -CANADA-and New York-UNITED STATES OF AMERICA- between 25 November and 7 December 1997 and

CONSIDERING:

That the present is determined by virtue of the powers granted by article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

Article 1-As long as the absence of its holder lasts, the MINISTERY OF FOREIGN INTERNATIONAL TRADE RELATIONS will be held internly And CULTO the Minister of Labour and Social Security, Dr. José Armando CARO FIGUEROA.
