Explain the payment of the right of import and taxes to products originating and coming from Sweden, intended to be displayed during the realization of the "Bazar Navideño", to be held in the City of Buenos Aires.

VISTO Issue No. 061-007889/97 of the Register of the MINISTERY of ECONOMY AND PUBLIC SERVICES AND

CONSIDERING:

That the SUBMISSION OF BENEFIENCE requests the exemption from the payment of the import right and other taxes that tax the import for the consumption of food, beverages, tobacco, cigarettes, handicrafts, printed brochures, catalogues, posters and other forms of propaganda, originating and coming from SUECIA, destined to be sold in the "BAZAR NAVIDEÑO", to be carried out on the street Azopardo 14th.

That the realization of this sample will enhance the technological, commercial and cultural exchange of our country with the participating country.

That the General Directorate of Humanitarian Affairs of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND SERVICES PUBLICOS has taken the intervention that belongs to him.

That the present decree is issued in the use of the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER, by article 5 (s), of Law No. 20.545 incorporated by its similar No. 21.450 and maintained by article 4 of Law No. 22,792 in what makes the exemption of taxes that tax the import for consumption.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-Exempt the payment of the import duty, the added value tax, the internal taxes, the fees for port services, the statistics and the proof of destination, that tax the import for the consumption of the foods, drinks, tobacco, cigarettes, handicrafts, printed brochures, catalogues, posters and other forms of propaganda, originaries and from SUEMILCIA intended to be displayed during the realization of the "BAZAR NAVIDE

Art. 2°-Explain the payment of the tax on the aggregate value and of the internal taxes on the sale of the products mentioned in article 1 of this decree between the public concurrent to the aforementioned sample, of corresponding their application.
