Designation of counsel representing the Argentine National State in a trial initiated by Radio Siglo XXI S.A. (e.f).

VISTO the Caratulates "RADIO SIGLO XXI S.A. (e.g.) NATIONAL EXECUTIVE C/PODER S/CONOCATION PROCESS", Expediente No. 8277/97, en tramite ante el Juzgado Nacional en lo Contentiosa Administrative Federal No. 4, Secretaria No. 7, y

CONSIDERING:

That the Argentine National State has been sued for the judicial declaration of the invalidity of what was decided by the National Executive, through articles 2nd, 3rd and 4th of Decree No. 1465 of 13 December 1996, published in the Official Gazette on 20 December 1996, and the consequent admissibility of the proposal submitted in due course by the actor to the LR2 RADIO ARGENTINA Competition is requested,

That the present measure is in use of the powers assigned by articles 99, paragraph of the National Constitution; and 1 of Decree No. 411/80 (t. Decree No. 1265/87).

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1Doctors María Ester FANTI (D.N.I. No. 5.868.607), Graciela PRIETO (D.N.I. No. 12.808.658), Eduardo Benjamin GONZALEZ (L.E. No. 4.555.885), Beatriz PERNAS (D.N.I. No. 12.752.004) and Federico FORNELLI (D.N.I. No. 22,758,047) to jointly or indistinctly assume the representation and sponsorship of the Argentine National State in the judicial file entitled ''RADIO SIGLO XXI S.A. (e.g.) NATIONAL EXECUTIVE C/PODER S/PROCESSING PROCESS". Case No. 8277/97, pending before the Federal Administrative Court No. 4, Secretariat No. 7.

Art. 2o-Ratifize the actions of the above-mentioned lawyers, as managers in that case, in accordance with article 48 of the Code of Civil and Commercial Procedure of the Nation.
