VISTO is informed by the Chief of the General Staff of the Navy, as proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is empowered to issue the appropriate measure in order to the powers conferred by article 22 of Act No. 18,870.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1Be appointed on 3 October 1997 as Prosecutor of the Administrative Tribunal for Navigation, to Mr. Captain of Ship Auditor Dn. Juan Eduardo QUICK (LE 4.120.219), for a period of Law that ends on October 3, 1999, in replacement, of the captain of Navio Auditor (R.E.) Dn. Conrado Osvaldo VIÑAS, who was appointed by Decree of the National Executive Order No. 614 of October 20, 1995.

Art. 2o-It is appointed on 3 October 1997 as Assistant Prosecutor of the Administrative Tribunal for Navigation, to Mr. Captain of Fragata Auditor Dn. Andrés Guillermo PELLEGRINO (DNI 8.334.447), for a new period of Law that ends on 3 October 1999, who was appointed by Decree of the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER No. 614 of 20 October 1995.
