Transfer of an official to the Embassy of the Republic in the State of Israel by crediting him with the rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.

VISTO proposed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO, the provisions of Article 8 of Law No. 20,957: and

CONSIDERING:

That by virtue of the provisions of the above-mentioned article, officials of the categories "B" and "C" of the Foreign Service of the Nation may be temporarily accredited as Heads of Mission with rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, when reasons of service so advise.

That the Government of the ISRAEL STATE granted the style placet to D. Vicente ESPECHE GIL, for his appointment as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic in that country.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is empowered to dispose of the matter, in accordance with the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1Transfer from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade And CULTO a la Embajada de la República en el EstaADO de ISRAEL, al funcionarios de la categoría "B", Ministro Plenipotenciario de primera clase D. Vicente ESPECHE GIL (MI 4.410. 102), a partir del 1 de febrero de 1998.

Art. 2o-Accede to the staff member mentioned in the previous article, while the mission is entrusted, with the rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.

Art. 3o-The costs required to comply with this Decree shall be covered by the specific provisions of the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO.
