VISTO Expediente No. 3709/97, of the registration of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Nation by which the request for a declaration of national interest of the "Temporada del 30o Aniversario de la Camerata Bariloche", and

CONSIDERING:

That the significant and transcendent trajectory of the Camerata Bariloche is long recognized in the world with the prestige that corresponds to one of the most important chamber assemblies of today.

That over these 30 years, their presentations in the main halls of the world have been distinguished with an emblematic place that prides us as Argentine.

That Camerata Bariloche has also developed a fruitful academic work in the teaching, research and musical dissemination of the genre.

That the celebration of this event during the year 1998, will be conformed to a cycle of cultural and artistic events of first order that constitute a profound and genuine contribution to the most excellent expressions of Argentine culture.

That, therefore, the National Executive Branch considers it necessary to highlight and promote the hierarchy of this realization.

That the MINISTERY OF FOREIGN RELATIONS, INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND CULT and the SECRETARIAT OF PRESIDENCE OF NATION have taken action, pronouncing favourably with respect to the action taken.

That the present is in exercise of the emerging powers of article 99, paragraph (1) of the National Constitution.
