I consider the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND CULTO, the Agreements provided by the HONORABLE SENADO OF NATION at its meeting of 19 November 1997, the existing vacancies and the provisions of article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1Promotion in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO, a member of the category "C", Minister Plenipotentiary of the second class, to the following officials of the category "D", Councillors of Embassy and Consulles Generales: D. Julio Alberto OLLETA (M.I. No. 7.691.910), Da. No. 1090. María Inés FERNANDEZ (LC No. 1.813.846), D. Jorge Alberto RUIZ (MI No. 4.646.049) and D. Jorge José ROBALLO (MI No. 10.182.478).

Art. 2o-Promotions set out in the order set out in the preceding article should be considered for the purposes of seniority beginning on 1 January 1997 and, for the other purposes, at the time of vacancies.

Art. 3o-The expenditure that demands compliance with this decree shall be charged to the specific provisions of the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO.
