RIGHT:

Article 1Technical Assistant, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade And CULTO, to Mr. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary D. Luis María RICCHERI (M.I. No. 4.267.549), from 15 December 1997.

Art. 2o-The expenses required to comply with this decree shall be met from the specific provisions of the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO.
