SALE AND EXPORTATION OF ARMAMENTS

VISTO was informed by the General DIRECTION of MILITARY FABRICATIONS, in file N. "S" 074/89, proposed by the MINISTERY OF DEFENSA, and
CONSIDERING:
May the Minister of Defence authorize the DIRECCION GENERAL DE FABRICATIONS MILITARES, to export to the quantities of material described in article 2 of the operative part, to the firm COMMERCE INTERNATIONAL GROUP LTD., with final destination the FEDERAL REPUBLIC DE PAKISTAN.
That the Ministers of Economy and Foreign Affairs and Worship share this proposal, which is compatible with the programmes of action, which the NATIONAL GOVERNMENT has set for foreign trade.
That the MATERIAL EXPORT POLICY COORDINATION COMMITTEE BELICO, established by Decree 1097 of 14 June 1985, has authorized the implementation of these tasks.
That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER is empowered to issue the administrative act, pursuant to article 86, paragraph 1 of the National Constitution.
Therefore,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION
RIGHT:
Article 1.- Authorize the DIRECCION GENERAL DE FABRICATIONS MILITARES to export to the firm COMMERCE INTERNATIONAL GROUP LTD., the material detailed in Article 2, with final destination, the FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN.
Art. 2°- The material to be exported is as follows:
- VEINTE MIL (20.000) Instant impact and ojiva delay FMK 13 (type V19 PA) for 81 mm M57 D mortar shells (Light alloy body).
Export tariff nomenclature: 93.07.02.05.02
- CUARENTA AND OCHO MIL CIEN (48.100) Instant impact and ojiva delay FMK 13 (type V19 P) indistinctly for 81 and 120 mm calibre projectiles.

Art. 3. The amount of the material detailed in Article 2 is one MILLON SEISCIENTS VEINTISIETE MIL QUINIENTS NOVENTA DOLARES ESTADOUNIDENSES (U$S 1.627.590) under FOB conditions Puerto de Argentina, payable with a letter of credit. This operation includes a 10% commission to turn abroad.
Art. 4°- Authorize the NATIONAL ADMINISTRATION OF ADUANAS to proceed with the operation in question, by simply requesting the General DIRECTION OF FABRICATIONS MILITARES, detallando la cantidad de bultos, marcas, kilaje, valor FOB of the operation,mount of the commission and customs of departure, making reference to this Decree, and indicándole el número del mismo.
Art. 5°- It is established that the export that is authorized will be benefited from refunds that set the existing rules at the time of shipment.
Art. 6°- Refer to the NATIONAL ADMINISTRATION OF ADUANAS, except for article 2 and the General Directorate of MILITARY FABRICATIONS.
