CITY OF GOOD AIRES Decree 669/96 Add an extraordinary contribution to collaborate with the printing costs of electoral ballots in which the recognized political groupings involved in the commission convened for 30 June 1996.

VISTO Decree No. 50 of 22 January 1996 and

CONSIDERING:

That the decree quoted in the View is called to the electorate of the City of Buenos Aires, so that on 30 June 1996 it proceeds to elect UN (1) Head of Government and UN (1) Deputy Chief of Government and SESENTA (60) Alternate representatives who will dictate the Organizational Statute of their institutions.

It should be taken into account in this regard that article 38 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION prescribes that the State should contribute to the economic sustainability of the activities of political parties, ensuring their activity.

That by article 46 of Act No. 23,928, the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is entitled to establish on a permanent or transitional basis the franchises that will be agreed upon by the recognized political groups.

That in this sense it is convenient on this occasion and on an extraordinary basis, to allocate a contribution aimed at collaborating with the printing costs of electoral ballots in which the recognized political groups that intervene in the elections convened for the day 30 June 1996 in the City of Buenos Aires.

That for the granting of the contribution, the rules established for national elections would be applied in Decree No. 1683 of 9 August 1993.

That the present is dictated in the use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 un An extraordinary contribution aimed at collaborating with the printing costs of electoral ballots in which the recognized political groupings involved in the commission convened for the day 30 June 1996 in the City of Buenos Aires for the election of UN (1) head of Government and UN (1) Deputy-Chief of Government, as well as the election of SESENTA (60) Alternate representatives who will be responsible for the Organic Statute of their Institutions.

Art. 2o . The contribution set out in Article 1 of this Decree applies to the rules established for elections by Decree No. 1683/93.

Art. 3o . The expenses that demand compliance with this measure will be charged to the budget headings for the jurisdiction 30 - MINISTERY OF INTERIOR.
