Decree No. 712/96

Incorporate certain products within the scope of Decree No. 637/79, establishing a regime for the export of goods on appropriation.

VISTO Issue No. 030-000609/96 of the Register of the MINISTERY of ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES,

CONSIDERING:

That Decree No. 637 of 16 March 1979 established an export regime for goods on appropriation.

That such a regime facilitates the shipment of goods abroad in order to channel the realization of future exports.

It is an ideal tool for products with changing demand cycles and prices.

That the world market of wood pulp is characterized by corresponding longer periods to overoffers and low price levels, than those corresponding to demand and rising prices.

Consequently, it is necessary to incorporate such products within the scope of Decree No. 637/79.

That the Permanent Legal Service of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND SERVICES PUBLICOS has taken the intervention that is within it, considering that the proposed measure is legally viable.

That Article 373 of Law No. 22.415 - Customs Code empowers the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER to take the proposed action.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Incorporate Chapter 47 of the Common Nomenclature of MERCOSUR (without exclusions) to the list annexed to Decree No. 637 of 16 March 1979.

Art. 2o - The present decree shall apply from the day after the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
