VISTO Law No. 17.761 and its amendments, the National Law on Administrative Procedures and the Convention between the NATIONAL DIRECTION of PERSONS and the General DIRECTION of the CIVIL STATE REGISTRATION AND CAPACITY OF PERSONS OF THE PROVISION OF GOOD AIRES, and
CONSIDERING:
That the aforementioned Convention, taking into account the current situation experienced by the citizens of the province of Buenos Aires regarding the lack of their National Identity Documents, envisages the implementation of a DOCUMENTATION PLAN in that jurisdiction.
Because of the current socio-economic situation, it is appropriate to establish a differentiated tariff regime that is established by Decree No. 1002 of 28 December 1995 for the purpose of carrying out intensive documentation plans.
It is appropriate to empower the Ministry of the Interior through its agencies, for the application of the tariff table that is approved in this measure, in order to extend to the subscription of other conventions that can be made with the PROVINCIAL GENERAL DIRECTIONS and the City of BUENOS AIRES with similar objectives, during this year.
That the present measure is in use of the powers conferred by article 19, paragraph (a) of the National Administrative Procedures Act and article 99, paragraph 1 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.
Therefore,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION
RIGHT:
Article 1 el Streamline in all its terms the Convention between the NATIONAL REGISTRATION OF PERSONS and the GENERAL DIRECTION OF THE REGISTRATION OF THE CIVIL STATE AND CAPACITY OF PERSONS OF THE PROVINCIPLE DE BUENOS AIRES, to carry out the Intensive Documentation program, called "EVA PERON", which as Annex I is attached. Art. 2o . Approve the tariff table, which as Annex II is an integral part of this Decree, to comply with the Intensive Documentation Plan in the jurisdiction of the Province of Buenos Aires. Art. 3o a Please refer to the NATIONAL DIRECTION of the NATIONAL REGISTRATION OF PERSONS, upon authorization of the MINISTERY OF INTERIOR, to use the present tariff table, exclusively and excluding other PROVINCIAL GENERAL DIRECTIONS and the City of BUENOS AIRES, which sign agreements implementing Intensive Documentation Plans during 1996. Art. 4o El This tariff table will apply until 31 December 1996. Art. 5o . Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese. (Note Infoleg: By art. 1 Decree No. 41/98 B.O. 26/01/1998 the present Decree is extended in all its terms from 1 January 1997 until 31 December 1997. )NOTE: This Decree is published without Annex I.
