VISTO the resignation presented by the President of the BANCO CENTRAL DE LA REPUBLIC ARGENTINA, Doctor D. Roque Benjamín FERNANDEZ, and

CONSIDERING:

It is up to the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER to issue the relevant measure, pursuant to article 99, paragraph 7 of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT

OF ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-Accept the resignation presented by Dr. D. Roque Benjamín FERNANDEZ (L.E. No. 7.995.178), to the post of President of the BANCO CENTRAL DE LA REPUBLIC ARGENTINA.

Art. 2°-Communicate, publish. give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese. - MENEM. - Jorge Alberto Rodríguez.-Carlos V. Corach.
