VISTO AND CONSIDERING:

That by Decree No. 846/96, Dr. Domingo Felipe CAVALLO was appointed internally by the Ministry of Defense, until his duties are assumed by the Bachelor D. Jorge Manuel Rogelio DOMINGUEZ.

That, by Decree No. 874 of July 26, 1996, the Minister of Economy and Public Works and Services was appointed to Dr. Roque Benjamín FERNANDEZ to replace Dr. Domingo Felipe CAVALLO.

That the present measure is in use of the emerging powers of article 99, paragraph 7 of the National Constitution.
