FEDERAL COMMITTEE OF RADIODIFUSION

Accept the Interventor's resignation. Designate your replacement.

VISTO Decree No. 952 of 16 August 1996 and

CONSIDERING:

That article 3 of the above-mentioned Decree established that as long as the merger process provided for in Article 3 of Decree No. 660/96 and amendments, the FEDERAL COMMITTEE ON RADIODIFUSION will depend on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER through the SECRETARIAT OF PRENSATING AND DIFUSION of the NATION PRESIDENCE.

To attentive the judicial change, the reassignment of functions that this implies and the resignation presented by the current interventioner of the FEDERAL COMMITTEE OF RADIODIFUSION Dn. Leon GUINSBURG. It is necessary to have the appointment of the official who will take charge of the intervention of the agency cited for the purposes of the fulfilment of the objectives that determined the dictation of that measure.

That this measure is determined in the use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7 of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT

OF ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-Accept, from the date of the present, the resignation presented by the Interventor of the FEDERAL COMMITTEE OF RADIO DIFUSION, Dn. León GUINSBURG (D.N.I. No. 4.416.656).

Art. 2°-Designate Interventor at the FEDERAL COMMITTEE OF RADIODIFUSION under the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER through the SECRETARIAT OF PRENSATING AND DIFUSION of the NATION PRESIDENCE, to Dr. Dña. Ana Lucia TEZON (D.N.I. No. 4.962.394).
