Decree 1422/96

Amend article 2 of Decree No. 1142/96.

VISTO file No. 1-2874-61.127/96-0 of the registry of the NATIONAL ADMINISTRATION OF THE HEALTH FOLLOW-UP (ANSSAL) and Law 23 661 and its regulations, and

CONSIDERING:

That the purpose of Decree No. 1142 of 7 October 1996 has been to enable the re-learning of new entities that want to act in the field of Social Works as agents of the National Health Insurance System.

To that end, it is not appropriate to use the registration created by articles 10 of Decree No. 292 of 14 August 1995 and 12 of Decree No. 492 of 22 September of the same year, but to create a provisional one, in accordance with the nature of the tasks of re-learning that are pursued and to which it has a specific objective-the provision of the passive sector.

It is necessary that the deadline set out in article 1 of Decree No. 1142/96 be initiated from the date of publication of the present.

That the present measure is made in the use of the powers conferred by article 99 (1) and (2) of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT

OF ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-Replace Article 2 of Decree No. 1142/96, which reads as follows: "ARTICULO 2°.- The entities referred to in the previous article may register for the purposes of their re-learning by the enforcement authority, in the provisional record established for that purpose."

Art. 2°-The deadline set by Article 1 of Decree No. 1142/96 shall begin to be counted from the publication of this Decree.
