VISTO Issue No. 080-005766/96 of the Register of MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, Decree No. 540 of 26 March 1993, Decree No. 99 of 26 January 1993 and Decree No. 323 of 27 March 1996 and

CONSIDERING:

That by Decree No. 99/93 Dr. Dn was appointed. Luis Carlos CEROLINI in the post of Vice-President of the NATIONAL BANCO HIPOTECARIO.

That by Decree No. 323/96 was appointed as Director of the NATIONAL HIPOTECARY BANCO to Engineer Dn. Monir MADCUR.

That by Record of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND PUBLIC SERVICES No 080-005766/96 transmits the resignation submitted by Dr. Dn. Luis Carlos CEROLINI served as Vice-President of the NATIONAL BANCO HIPOTECARIO.

That by virtue of the waiver mentioned in the preceding consideration it is appropriate to resolve such a circumstance.

That the present measure is issued in exercise of the powers conferred by articles 9 and 11 of Annex I to Decree No. 540 of 26 March 1993 and article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

RIGHT:

Article 1Accept, from the date of publication in the Official Gazette of this Decree, the resignation presented by Dr. Dn. Luis Carlos CEROLINI (D.N.I. No. 11.187.410) as Vice-President of the NATIONAL HIPOTECARY BANCO.

Art. 2o- A Vice-President of the NATIONAL HIPOTECARY BANCO, from the date of publication in the Official Gazette of this Decree, to the Director of that Institution, Engineer Dn. Monir MADCUR (L.E. No. 6.762.798) for the period of Law established by Decree 540 of 26 March 1993, which shall be computed from the date of his appointment as Director of the Bank, pursuant to Decree No. 323/96.

Art. 3°-Director of the NATIONAL BANCO HIPOTECARIO, from the date of publication in the Official Gazette of this decree, to the Dn Accountant. Jorge Enrique PELLEGRINI (L. E. No. 7.592.824), in order to complete the period of Law of his predecessor in office.
