Accept the Interventor's resignation. Designation of your replacement.

VISTO the resignation presented by the Interventor in the National Customs Administration, Contador Público Nacional D. Juan Carlos TOMASETTI. and

CONSIDERING:

That, in accordance with the circumstances set out in the VISTO, it is necessary to accept the resignation and to designate the staff member who will hold that office.

That the present measure is in exercise of the emerging powers of article 99. paragraph 7. of the National Constitution.

Article 1- Apply from the day of the date the resignation presented by the National Public Accountant D. Juan Carlos TOMASETTI (M. 1. N° 6.443.117) to the position of the Interventor in the National Customs Administration.

Art. 2°- Get Dr. Dna. María Isabel FANTELLI (M. 1. No. 3.754.367) Interventor at the National Customs Administration under Article 3 of Decree No. 1156 of 14 October 1996.
