BANCO CENTRAL DE LA REPUBLIC ARGENTINA Decree 1.575/96 Approve the Expenditure Budget, the Action Plan and the Resource Calculation for 1996 of the aforementioned Institution.

VISTO article 29 of Act No. 11.672, Supplementary Permanent Budget (t. 1996), and amendments to the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION, and

CONSIDERING:

That the legal standard mentioned in the first term determines that the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER shall approve annually the Plan of Action and the Budget for Expenditures and Resources of Institutions belonging to the Official Banking System.

That for this purpose the present measure should be encouraged, by which the budget of the ARGENTIN REPUBLIC BANCO is approved.

That article 99, paragraph 1, of the National Constitution and article 29 of Act No. 11.672, Supplementary Permanent Budget (t. 1996) empower the implementation of the draft reference.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Approve the Expenditure Budget and the 1996 Plan of Action for the BANCO CENTRAL OF THE ARGENTINA REPUBLIC, in accordance with the detail working on tables annexed to this article, which are an integral part of the same.

Art. 2o el Approve the Resource Calculation Affected to the Financing of the Institution Budget referred to in Article 1 of the present measure, in accordance with the working detail in a plank annexed to this article, which is an integral part of it.

Art. 3o al Please refer to the Directory of the BANCO CENTRAL OF THE ARGENTINA REPUBLIC to provide any restructuring that it deems necessary within the current and capital expenses, without compensating for credits between them, or exceed the total amount set out in Article 1.

Art. 4o . Please give timely account to the HONORABLE CONGRESS OF NATION.
