IMPESTS Decree 2347/94 Protract the validity of Decree No. 2717/93.

VISTO Expediente No. 625.384/94 of the Register of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, the provisions of Article 86 of the Internal Tax Law (t. 1979) and its amendments, Decree No. 2717 of 29 December 1993, Decree No. 1371 of 11 August 1994 and Decree No. 1522 of 29 August 1994 and

CONSIDERING:

That the above-mentioned Act empowers the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER to modify or leave the liquidates established by it are a temporary effect on its taxation in response to the economic situation of certain industries.

That Decree No. 2717/93 extended the validity of the regime for the reduction of liquors or the exemption of the tax, if any, established by the Law on Internal Taxes (t. 1979) and its modifications, for the products defined in the No. 1020 of 17 May 1993, 1700 of 13 August 1993 and 2664 of 29 December 1992 Articles 1 and 3rd.

That by Decree No. 1371/94 ­modified by Decree No. 1522/94 , the provisions of Decree No. 2664/92, 85.12, 85.15 and 92.11, as defined therein and subject to plan II annexed to article 70 (b) of the Internal Revenue Act (t. 1979) and its amendments, establishing for the goods covered by CENTIN

That the object of reactivation persecuted in respect of the sectors reached by the measure adopted has been satisfied throughout its validity.

That it is considered appropriate to have the extension of the regime ratified by Decree No. 2717/93.

That the technical bodies of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND SERVICES PUBLICS have issued a favorable opinion.

That this decree is issued in the use of the powers conferred by Article 86 of the Internal Revenue Act (t. 1979) and its amendments.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 ∙ Proprove the validity of Decree No. 2717/93 from 1 January 1995 to 31 December 1995, inclusive.
