VISTO Nros Decrees. 747 of 18 April 1991, 2773 of 29 December 1992, 1594 of 31 August 1992, its amendments and supplements, and
CONSIDERING:
That by the norm quoted in the first term was approved the organizational structure of the ex-SUBSECRETARIAT OF INDUSTRIA AND TRADE, currently SECRETARIAT OF INDUSTRIA AND TRADE AND INVERSIONS, of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES.
That Decree No. 2773/92 approved the organizational structure of the SECRETARIAT OF AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA And PESCA from the Ministry.
That by Decree No. 1594/92, its amendments and supplements, the institutional structure of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND PUBLIC SERVICES was approved.
That within the provisions of Decree No. 747/91 is the organizational opening of the Directorate of Regional Economics under the National Directorate of Internal Trade, an area that has among its tasks the internal trade policy in which, inter alia, it operates the regional economies with its own legal regimes.
That the experience accumulated as a result of the unfolding of the organization currently in force makes it advisable that everything in relation to the regional economies be assimilated by the SECRETARIAT OF AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA and PESCA.
That the implementation of this measure will not imply a higher budget erogation than approved for the Jurisdiction 50.00 - MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND PUBLIC SERVICES.
A number of organizational and budgetary provisions are necessary in this regard.
That the EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE ON ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM He has taken the intervention that belongs to him, expiating favorably.
That the measure propitiated fits into the powers vested in the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER Articles 99 (1), 100 (1), and the DUODECIMA Transitional Provision of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.
Therefore,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION
DECRETO:
Article 1 de Transfer the Directorate of Regional Economics of the National Directorate of Internal Trade of the former SUBSECRETARIAT OF INDUSTRIA AND TRADE, currently SECRETARIAT OF TRADE AND INVERSIONS, to the SUBSECRETARIA DE ECONOMIA AGROPECUARIA de la SECRETARIA DE AGRECULTURA, GANADERIA And PESCA, both of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND PUBLIC SERVICES. Art. 2o , Replace with Decree No. 747/91, the primary responsibility established for the National Directorate of Internal Trade, which will be drafted as follows:"Realize the internal trade policy in what it does to the organization and control of the supply and in everything related to commercial loyalty, consumer defense and competition."
Art. 3o . Eliminate from Decree No. 747/91 Action 6 of the National Directorate of Internal Trade. Art. 4o . Modify the Administrative Distribution of the General Budget of the National Administration for the Exercise 1994 - Human Resources - of Jurisdiction 50.00 - MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, in the part corresponding to the areas affected by the present act, in accordance with the detail in the annexed tables to this article. Art. 5o . Amend the General Budget of the National Administration - Human Resources - corresponding to the 1994 Exercise of Jurisdiction 50.00 - MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, in accordance with the detail set out in the annexed tables to this article. Art. 6th el Transfer the staff assigned to the Directorate of Regional Economics of the National Directorate of Internal Trade of the former SUBSECRETARIAT OF INDUSTRIA and TRADE, currently SECRETARIAT OF TRADE and INVERSIONS, to the SUBSECRETARIA DE ECONOMIA AGROPECUARIA de la SECRETARIA DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA PESCA, in accordance with the detail set out in the annexed table to this article. Art. 7o . The SECRETARIAT OF AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA AND PESCA and the SECRETARIAT OF TRADE AND INVERSIONS shall, for approval by the competent authorities, elevate the projects of organizational structures of the respective jurisdictions, within a period not greater than the NOVENTA (90) days from the dictation of this rule, which shall include the relevant organizational and budgetary adjustments.
